These Anger Management Groups are Different.

Our small groups (usually 6-8 members) are for you if you are determined to increase the peace, balance and harmony in your relationships. They are perfect for you if you know that you would like to manage your anger in a more positive way and need the skills to do it. Unlike most anger management groups, our groups are specifically designed for self-referred, motivated men and women who want to change and grow.

Each week, we will meet in a group to track your progress, learn key skills, support you in staying focused, and cheer you on!

The focus of our work is on Anger Management Techniques.Additional topics include:
Anger management skills and tools-

  • Building forgiveness
  • Positive communication skills
  • How you can get what you want more effectively
  • Discover your anger’s hidden message
  • Why you need to build a strong connection between your head and heart, and how you can do it!
  • Simple methods you can use to calm your body and clear your mind

Enrollment includes:

  • All the materials you need for group
  • Access to a private online discussion group. This online group provides you with additional support to help keep you focused between weekly group meetings.
